Warranty & Estimate Terms.

Every JJ Roofing estimate comes with these terms in writing — from job-site care during the project to the warranties backing your finished roof. Your investment is protected before the first shingle comes off the truck.

  • JJ Roofing uses only a dump trailer and/or dump truck to prevent damage to the driveway.
  • Shrubs and landscaping will be protected with tarps.
  • Daily job site cleaning, including sweeping with magnets to pick up fallen nails.
  • 50% down payment required, and the rest to be paid in full when the job is completed.
  • JJ Roofing is fully licensed & insured. Proof of insurance will be provided upon request.
  • JJ Roofing provides a 25-year leak free warranty on labor. On all of our work, we do not cover any repairs for damage caused by nature or storms. The manufacturer provides its limited lifetime warranty on the roof system.
