What we did on this one roof

  1. Tear-off to the bare deck. The old shingle system came off down to the exposed wood decking, so nothing was covered over.
  2. Synthetic underlayment. CertainTeed synthetic underlayment went down edge to edge as the roof’s first line of defense.
  3. Landmark shingle install. CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles were installed course by course in warm taupe-gray.
  4. Cleanup & nail sweep. A dormer-to-driveway cleanup and full magnetic nail sweep left the property the way we found it.
  • Licensed & Insured (SC #64683)

Backed by our 25-year leak-free workmanship warranty on every install.
