What we did on this one roof
- Tear-off to the bare deck. The old shingle system came off down to the exposed wood decking, so nothing was covered over.
- Synthetic underlayment. CertainTeed synthetic underlayment went down edge to edge as the roof’s first line of defense.
- Landmark shingle install. CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles were installed course by course in warm taupe-gray.
- Cleanup & nail sweep. A dormer-to-driveway cleanup and full magnetic nail sweep left the property the way we found it.
